THANK GOD!! I'm going to attempt to cook, for the first time, a london broil medium well. I was going to pan seared it because I didn't want to turn on the oven in this TEXAS heat. But, your steak looks so delicious at medium well. It's worth the sacrifice of cooking it in the oven. Thank you for posting this video. Be blessed of God today and always.
